RETURN POLICIES
Fabric by the Yard
With yardage of two yards or less, we do not accept returns unless the mistake is Drygoods Design (i.e. you ordered blue and we send green). If the yardage is more than two continuous yards, we will accept the return with a 20% restocking fee. If there is a mistake on our part, please email us within 10 business days and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send it back to us so we can send you the correct item.
Bread & Salt and Custom Orders
I want to do what I can to ensure happy customers. However, custom orders are not eligible for refunds but maybe eligible for an exchange after a 20% restocking fee and confirmation of no damage or use.
All non-custom orders are eligible for refunds and exchanges as long as they are in selling shape (no wear and tear, use or other damage).

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are fulfilled on site by hand within 1 to 3 business days. We ship with both UPS and USPS, depending on the destination, weight and cost. We provide a tracking number whenever possible and accept no responsibility for the delivered condition of the item. However, if a package arrives damaged we will do what we can to resolve the issue.

Your credit card information is not stored on our site or records past time of purchase.
