Amy Butler may very well be the fabric designer that revolutionized the quilting industry with her modern and fresh take on not only midweight cotton fabrics but also home decor. In addition to her beautiful fabrics, she also has created a fantastic assortment of patterns and books available for purchase. Her In Stitches book was an early favorite of mine and definitely inspired me to sew more and more.
While we don't currently stock any of her patterns or books (would love to hear from customers if that's a need), I do love checking out her free patterns page. It's another treasure chest of fun projects, which would work with her fabrics (now on sale!!) or any of the ones we carry. The laminated picnic blanket is perfect for oilcloth!
